Hot Yoga Room
WHat is Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga is a type of exercise performed indoors in a warm, humid environment, usually in a dedicated studio with temperatures ranging from 29–41°C. Sessions last 45–90 minutes and incorporate various poses (asanas) designed to improve posture and balance.
Practicing in high temperatures helps muscles become more flexible, allowing for optimal movement. The combination of movement, breathing techniques, and focused thinking make Hot Yoga beneficial not only for physical fitness but also for mental health. This practice is effective in increasing flexibility, maintaining heart and circulatory health, and helping the body and mind relax.
